1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Fronxy ("we," "our," or "the app") handles your information. Fronxy is a vehicle maintenance tracking app designed for Android devices that operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

By using Fronxy, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Fronxy collects only the information you voluntarily enter into the app for the purpose of tracking your vehicle maintenance. This includes:

Vehicle Data (User-Provided)

• Mileage records: Current vehicle mileage you manually enter
• Fuel records: Fuel type, liters, cost, mileage at refill, and optional location notes
• Service history: Service dates, mileage, work descriptions, costs, locations, and notes
• Repair records: Repair types, parts used, costs, mileage, locations, and notes
• Attachments: Images and documents (PDF, DOC, etc.) you choose to attach to records

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Fronxy does not collect, access, or transmit:

• Personal identity information (name, email, phone number)
• GPS location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Contacts or call logs
• Camera or microphone data (except files you explicitly select)
• Usage analytics or behavior tracking
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any information about other apps on your device

4. How We Use Your Information

The data you enter into Fronxy is used solely for the following purposes:

• Displaying your vehicle maintenance history
• Calculating fuel efficiency (KM/L)
• Tracking service intervals and detecting overdue maintenance
• Generating statistics and summaries about your fuel usage and costs
• Storing attachments you add for your personal reference

All processing happens locally on your device. No data is sent anywhere.

5. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All data is stored locally on your Android device using secure storage mechanisms (AsyncStorage). Your data remains on your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

No Cloud Sync

Fronxy does not offer cloud synchronization or backup services. Your data exists only on your device.

Data Deletion

You have full control over your data and can delete all stored information at any time from within the app settings. Uninstalling the app will also permanently remove all data.

6. Permissions

Fronxy requests the following permissions:

• Storage Access: To save your vehicle records and attachments locally on your device
• File Access: To allow you to attach and view documents and images with your records

These permissions are used only for the core functionality of the app. We do not access files outside of what you explicitly select or create within Fronxy.

7. Third-Party Services

Fronxy does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs. The app operates completely independently and offline.

8. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties because we never have access to it in the first place. Your information stays on your device under your control.

9. Children's Privacy

Fronxy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since all data is stored locally and we have no access to user information, we cannot inadvertently collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted within the app and on the Google Play Store listing. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

11. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:

• Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time
• Modify: You can edit or update any records
• Delete: You can delete individual records or all data from the app settings
• Export: Your data remains in the app's local storage and can be removed by uninstalling
